Why a vertical job board?

General job boards (Indeed, LinkedIn) bury dentist roles under thousands of unrelated postings. Healthcare-wide boards mix dentists, hygienists, assistants, and front-desk staff — so a general dentist looking for an associate role still has to wade through hygiene and admin listings. We strip all that out. Every posting here is for a licensed dentist. Every applicant is one.

What we verify

• Dentists submit their license number and state. Before the profile becomes public, an admin cross-checks it against state board records. No license, no profile.
• Employersverify their business entity (practice, DSO, or recruiting firm) the same way. Anonymous postings aren't allowed.
• Recruiterscan post on behalf of clients but must identify the recruiting firm. “Confidential” listings name the recruiter, not the employer.

Pricing

Posting jobs is free. Applying to jobs is free. Browsing the dentist directory is free. Featured (sponsored) placements and premium employer tools will come later, once there's enough volume to make them genuinely useful. We'd rather build inventory than monetize empty pages.

Who's behind it

Jobs4Dentists is owned by Dr. Jerry Lanier, a practicing dentist and the founder of Kids2Dentist. The platform is built and operated by Spread, a small team of engineers Lanier brought in to take the original prototype to a real production service.
