Terms of Service
Effective: 2026-05-23. These terms govern your use of Jobs4Dentists(the “Service”).
1. Acceptance
By creating an account, posting a job, applying to a job, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
2. Eligibility
The Service is intended for US-based licensed dentists and the organizations that hire them. You must be 18 or older. If you register as a dentist, you must hold an active dental license in at least one US state and provide accurate license information. If you register as an employer or recruiter, you must represent a legitimate dental practice, DSO, or recruiting firm.
3. Accounts
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at the contact below if you suspect unauthorized access. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or post content that's misleading, discriminatory, or unlawful.
4. Dentist obligations
You must provide accurate license details and current professional information. Misrepresenting credentials is grounds for immediate termination and may be reported to the relevant state board. You keep control of your profile's visibility (public or private) and may withdraw applications or delete your account at any time.
5. Employer and recruiter obligations
Job postings must describe a real role at a real organization. You may not post listings that discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, or any other category protected by federal, state, or local law. You may not post multi-level marketing schemes, fee-required “opportunities,” or roles that aren't for licensed dentists.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or republish content from the Service without permission.
- Use the Service to harass, defame, or contact users for unrelated commercial purposes.
- Submit false license, credentialing, or business information.
- Circumvent the Service to make placements outside our platform after introduction (when a paid placement model is in effect — currently posting is free).
- Attempt to access another user's account or data.
7. Fees
Job posting and applying are free at this time. We may introduce paid features (featured placements, premium employer tools) in the future. You'll be notified before any paid feature applies to your account.
8. Intellectual property
We own the Service, including its design, code, and brand. You retain ownership of the content you submit (your profile, your postings, your applications) and grant us a non-exclusive worldwide license to host, display, and use it to operate the Service.
9. Disclaimers
We don't guarantee that any job posting will result in a hire, that any candidate will be interviewed, or that any verification step is infallible. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) US$100. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jobs4Dentists, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claim arising out of (i) your use of the Service, (ii) your violation of these Terms, or (iii) your violation of any third party's rights.
12. Termination
Either party may terminate the relationship at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (IP, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law) will survive.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction there.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms occasionally. If a change is material, we'll notify registered users by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
